How long after receiving my order can I make a return?
You have up to 5 days to return your order after the day that it was delivered unworn and undamaged , otherwise it will not be accepted.
Can i get a refund?
We currently do not offer refunds for unwanted orders. You will however, receive store credit that you can use at any point to make another purchase!!
Can I exchange an item?
We can only exchange the item if it is in perfect condition in the same item only if it is in stock and if it is unworn or undamaged. No white items will be accepted.
Can I add to an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. If you want to add to your order, place the order and email us, we will then waive the shipping fee for you if it's placed within 24 hours of the original order.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed. Once it’s been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 3-5 business days UNLESS otherwise stated.
What size is your model?
Our model is 5’4, weighing 150-160lbs, usually wearing a medium.
What is not eligible for returns?
Final sales, bodysuits, swimwear lingerie and lashes.
Do you offer wholesale?
