**No Refunds**

We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item only if the item is in stock. Any worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable 
  • If an item is out of stock, there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances

We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie and lashes. We thoroughly inspect all of our items and will not send out any damaged items to our customers. Any SALE or DISCOUNTED items are Final Sale!!

Please be sure to contact us First before returning any item or it will be refused. Once it is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
