     Hi, My name is Shantell, graduate of Chicago State University and CEO of Ruby Posh Boutique. Born and raised on the southside of Chicago, like many others, I had dreams and aspirations of starting my own business, my own family and not becoming a statistic. I'm a Mother first, a friend, a lover and now a business owner. I have worked in many fields, but didn't quite find something that I wake up happy to, so here I am.
